Jessica Bennett, right, of Alexander and Lana Davis, left, have been accepted into[more} the Certified Public Manager program according to Saline County Circuit Clerk Dennis Milligan. Davis and Bennett are the first two members of the circuit clerk's staff to be approved by the Arkansas Public Administration Consortium to participate in this prestigious program. This program is designed to help participants refine and improve their management skills. At the end of the three-year program, Davis and Bennett will become Certified Arkansas Governmental Managers. "I am proud that Lana and Jessica have made the commitment to upgrade their skill level," Milligan said. "The requirements to pass the CPM program are tough, but they will be even better employees when they graduate."
