The Saline County Arts Project is hosting a week of free classes Sept. 26-30 for all[more] friends of the arts.
No registration is needed. Participants are invited to attend the class of their choice. The event will be at at 4037 Boone Road behind MidTowne Church.
Those who are already registered will get up to four hours of free classes for bringing friends (one free hour of class for each friend, up to four).
The full schedule of classes offered includes:
• Mixed Media Art, Tuesday 4:30-5:30 p.m., ages 6-8; 5:30-7 p.m., ages 9-18
• Drawing, Thursday 4:30-5:30 p.m., ages 9-12; 5:30-7 p.m., ages 13-adult
• Painting, Monday 4:30-6 p.m., ages 9-12; 6-7:30 p.m., ages 13-adult
• Songwriting, Monday 5-6, ages 10 and up
• Rhythm & Beats, Monday 5-6 p.m., ages 8 and up
• Let's Dance, Thursday 4-5, p.m., ages 3-5; Thursday, 5-6:30 p.m., ages 6-8; Thursday 5-6:30 p.m., ages 9 and up
• Hip/Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, Monday 6-8 p.m., ages 13-adult
• Triple Threat, Monday 6-7:30 p.m., ages 8 and up
