The Bryant Hornets junior varsity team hosted the Little Rock Catholic JV at Bryant Stadium Monday night. The JV prevailed 35-0 while the sophomore team traveled to play Maumelle’s JV team, absorbing a 20-16.
“Both teams played well,” said Hornets coach Buck James. “I was at Maumelle and our kids played their hearts out to make it a close game.”
