CONWAY — Senior Morgan Seelinger scored 28 points and captured the Bryant Lady Hornets’ lone first place medal at the Conway Wampus Cat Relays Thursday night. Bryant was the fifth place team in the meet with 84 points. Cabot won the championship with 110 points. Conway was runner-up, with North Little Rock third, and Little Rock Central fourth.

 CONWAY — The Bryant 4 x 100 meter relay team of Dillion Winfrey, Tanner Tolbert, Kendrick Farr, and Sammill Watson broke their own school record in a winning time of 42.51 to lead the Hornets to a third place finish at the Wampus Cat Invitational in Conway on Thursday night. Conway won the meet, followed by Forrest City (88 pts.) and Bryant (85).

NAME: Jake Clark

DATE OF BIRTH: Oct. 28, 1991

PARENTS: Noel and Jackie Clark

PEARCY — The Bryant Lady Hornets took runner-up team honors at the Lake Hamilton Relays Friday night. Camden Fairview won the meet with 103 points while Bryant amassed 87 points. There were 19 total teams in the meet.

The highlight performance of the night for Bryant came from Jordan Chadwick in the 300-meter hurdles. Chadwick ran a personal best time of 47.1 in only her second attempt at the event this spring.

PEARCY — The Bryant Hornets scored 65 points to place fourth in the Lake Hamilton Invitational on Friday night. A total of 23 teams scored in the boys division, with Nashville taking the team title with 98.5 points. Vilonia earned runner-up honors with 76.5, followed by Lake Hamilton with 74.

The Hornets 4x100 meter relay team of Dillion Winfrey, Tanner Tolbert, Kendrick Farr, and Sammill Watson again earned a first place finish, this time just missing their own school record with a time of 42.66.

CABOT — The Bryant White seventh grade girls track team of Bryant Middle School, sparked by first-place performances from Colleen Johnson and Jayla Anderson, finished fourth at a meet at Cabot on Monday, April 5.

Johnson won the high jump by clearing 4 feet, 5 inches. Anderson won the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 13.34.
