As it turns out, with their 39-6 win at North Little Rock Thursday night, the Bryant Hornets freshman team[more] clinched the Central Arkansas Junior High Conference championship outright. That's because of some help from the rival Benton Panthers freshman team which pinned a second conference loss on the Cabot South Junior Panthers, 6-0, in overtime.
Now, the Hornets will take on Benton at home on Tuesday trying to finish off an unbeaten season.
