In recent years, the Bryant Hornets have competed in the annual Spa Shootout in Hot Springs but[more] this year head coach Mike Abrahamson got an invitational to compete in Fort Smith’s annual Coke Classic at Stubblefield Gym at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith.
It was a chance to play some teams that the Hornets don’t play regularly including both Fort Smith schools and Springdale. They’ll open against former 7A-Central rival North Little Rock on Thursday, Dec. 27, at 4:15 p.m. In the second round on, they’ll play either Northside or face a rematch with Texarkana, Texas.
