HOT SPRINGS — Greg Williams returned an interception 46 yards for a touchdown and James Polite brought one back 64 yards to highlight the Bryant Hornets junior varsity team’s 39-14 romp over the Lakeside Rams JV on Monday night.
The Hornets fell behind 7-0 but rallied behind the passing of Beaux Bonvillain to receivers Luke Curtis, Jakalon Pittman and Dalton Daniels. Bonvillain and Daniels combined a touchdown pass and Neal Brenton caught a throw for a two-point conversion.
In addition, Brandon Murray had three rushing touchdowns.
The Bryant JV is now 2-0 going into a game next Monday at Little Rock J.A. Fair.
