BAUXITE — The wood bat American Legion tournament scheduled for this weekend at[more] Bauxite High School and hosted by the Benton Legion program has been cancelled. The Sport Shop Black Sox of Bryant Junior Legion team will instead head to Lakeside for three games, twice on Saturday and once on Sunday, according to manager Tyler Pickett. The Sox will play at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday against North Little Rock followed by a game at 4:30 against Lakeside. On Sunday, the Bryant team will take on Little Rock Express at 3:30 p.m.
