The city removed from the TND by amending section 1 of that ordinance for property which is part of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter and part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter and part of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter and part of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 9, township 1 south, range 14 west in off of Lombard Road in Bryant.

The property is currently unimproved vacant land and is designated residential single family on the north, residential single family on the south, residential single family on the east and residential single family on the west side of the property located in Ward 2."
