Ward 3, Position 1 Alderman Adrian Henley, the youngest person on the Bryant City Council, retained his seat by defeating Judy Hogue, a former City Councilman, in the run-off election on Tuesday.

In Ward 2, Position 1, that was vacated by outgoing alderman Ed Collins, was won by Mike Chandler over Jim Garland.

In the original election on Nov. 2, Hogue garnered more votes than Henley, but not enough to claim victory. Henley continued to meet with constituents in his Ward throughout the time period of the run-off and gained the victory with 115 votes to Hogue's 93 votes (55.29 percent to 44.71). Henley won the margin mainly in the early voting by getting 46 votes to 18 for Hogue.

In the other alderman run-off, Chandler gained 100 votes to Garland's 85 (54.05 percent to 45.95). Garland had the lead in the early election results 37-35, but on Tuesday, Chandler rebounded with 60 votes to 48.
