WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? Go to college and play football and major in kinesiology. I want to go to Ole Miss but I might go to Southeast Missouri

OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? My granny, my paw-paw and my uncle. My uncle played football when he was younger and I always looked up to him. WHAT DO YOU FEEL LIKE IS YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY ON THE FIELD? Mainly to protect the ball and block for my quarterback

WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH TO RUNNING THE BALL? First I start off slow and see where the hole’s at and when I see the hole that’s when I just take off and go.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? I think we’re doing pretty good. We have little mess-ups but other than that, the offense and the defense are doing a very good job.

WHEN THE TEAM’S DOING WELL, WHAT’S IT DOING? We’ve got good coaches and they’re looking at what we’re not seeing and we’re telling them what we’re seeing and not seeing. We all work together.

WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? I’d probably say the Benton game when I had two touchdowns.

WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? Just stay friendly. No arguing with each other and just being a brotherhood like we always say we are.

INDIVIDUALLY, WHAT ABOUT YOUR GAME ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT ABOUT? Run the ball.

WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST TO IMPROVE? Really, not to get tired. I like to go full speed.

AFTER YOU’RE THROUGH PLAYING FOOTBALL AT BHS, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL REMEMBER MOST FONDLY ABOUT IT? Mainly my teammates and my coaches. I really never had anything like this but I like it over here.
