According to City Clerk Heather Kizer, alderman present and voting yes were, Mike Chandler, Steve Gladden, Rob Roedel, Scott Curtis and Adrian Henley. Chris Tipton abstained from the vote due to a conflict of interest and Brenda Miller and Danny Steele were absent.

The Council will have a second reading of the ordinance at the Sept. 27 meeting that will be held at the Boswell Municipal Complex.
