The first Thunder 5K Walk/Run will be held Saturday, Nov. 3, starting at Benton High School. Registration[more] starts at 7 a.m., with the 5k commencing at 8.
Early bird registration is $20 for both walkers and runners. After Monday, Oct. 29, registration will be $25. (No shirt guarantee for those that register after Oct. 26.)
All proceeds benefit the 10 & under Thunder softball team.
Runners and walkers will participate in the 5k starting at Benton High School and will go on a local designated route.

Each participant will receive a bag containing a t-shirt and some goodies. Water will be provided at the event. Bags will be available for pickup during registration on the morning of the race.
First-place male race winner and the first-place female race winner will each receive a Thunder 5K trophy and a softball signed by the 10 & under Thunder softball team.
