Bethel Middle School seventh grade students Elizabeth Palmer and Riley Hill presented checks[more] in the amount $2,055 to Arkansas Children’s Hospital on Friday, Feb. 3, after having their 13th birthday party where they accepted donations to the hospital to go towards a Giraffe Omni Bed (NICU equipment) instead of presents.
The party was held on Jan. 28, at Bishop Park where the generous group of kids enjoyed a DJ with dancing, a photobooth, cakeballs and treats with ACH furnishing armbands and cups. Elizabeth Palmer is a member of the volleyball, track and cheer teams at Bethel and Riley Hill is a member of the volleyball, basketball, track and dance teams at Bethel.
