At No. 2 singles, the Lady Hornets’ Whitney Butler and Cabot’s Kristen Sumler were knotted 4-4.

For the Hornets, No. 2 singles player Nick Ross was trailing Jacob Dills, 1-2, and Emma Patrick, in a JV match looked like she might be on her way to a victory over Olivia Fredricks.

Bryant’s next action will be Tuesday, Sept. 27, against Little Rock Central at Rebsamen Tennis Center in Little Rock.
