BHS Honeybees perform at Branson

The Honeybees of Bryant High School were invited on behalf of Branson On[more] Stage Live to be the opening act on the Showboat Branson Belle for The Haygoods in
Branson, Mo., on Saturday, Dec. 1. At each venue, a trophy presentation
was held in recognition for their outstanding performance. Their program consisted
of seven a cappella and choreographed Christmas/holiday favorites. 

This is the seventh time the Honeybees have been invited to perform in Branson over the
last eight years (last year, they performed at Graceland in Memphis, Tenn.).

The ensemble is
under the direction of BHS Choral Director Julie White. Members include Susan Alarcon, Charitey Bilbruck, Emily Buckley, Cayla Christian, Lauren Coleman, Julia Ellis, Courtney Gough, Candice Guthrie, Kamara Hawkins-Price, Taylor Huff, Kaylan Lowe, Rachel Lyons, Madeline McGee, Caroline Sherwood, Holly Warner and Haley Wiltshire.

The Honeybees will be performing alongside the Advanced Mixed Choir and Freshman
Choir in the school's annual Christmas performance. The show will be held Friday,
Dec. 14, at 6 p.m., in Love Auditorium at Bryant High School. Admission is free to the
public.
