Bryant Animal Control seeks help in locating dogs that may have bitten resident

Bryant Animal Control is attempting to locate three dogs as described below:[more]

1) Medium to large dog that maybe a pitbull or boxer mix, black and white with a short nose and erect ears.

2) Medium to large dog with erect ears, short hair and brown, possibly a hound or mountain curr mix.

3) Medium to large dog with erect ears, light brown in color, possible a hound or mountain curr mix.

All three dogs were involved in an incident in which a man was bitten by one or all of the dogs on Monday afternoon approximately 3 p.m., at the intersection of Mills Park Road and Ruth Drive. The dogs were last seen running west from the intersection into the woods.

If anyone has any information about these dogs, contact Bryant Animal Control at 501-653-0765 or, after hours, call Bryant Police at 501-847-0211.

It is extremely important that these dogs are located to verify that they have had a rabies vaccination. If the dogs are not found, the victim may have to undergo the post-exposure vaccines for rabies.
