Groundbreaking is Sunday for new Arkansas Christian Academy facility

Arkansas Christian Academy will break ground on a new facility this Sunday at 12:15. The[more] building is a two story, 20,000 square foot, state of the art facility with classes being offered from Pre-K through the 12th grade. A new playground, entrance and an expanded football field will also be included in the project.

The school's athletic program includes basketball, volleyball and this fall will begin a football program. According to school spokesman Nathan Winiecki, ACA offers a low student/teacher ratio, has an active PTO and desires to help students succeed academically, socially and spiritually. When the new building is completed, ACA will more than double its current capacity.

Arkansas Christian Academy is located at 21815 I-30 West in Bryant, on the campus of Family Church. Back in September the church experienced a fire that totally destroyed the youth and office complex. Since then, the church has rebuilt the youth center and is now helping ACA build its new facility.
