The Bryant Black Sox Senior American Legion team clinched the top seed for the Zone 4 District[more] Tournament in Sheridan with a 4-3 win over the Yellowjackets Monday night. (Details to come.)
Tonight at 7, the Sox will close out the regular season with a final home game against Benton McClendon's. Bryant was originally scheeduled to play the Jonesboro Ricemen but that game was called off in order that the make-up game with Benton could be played. As a Zone 4 game, it may have an impact on Benton's seeding for the District tourney, which begins this Friday in Sheridan.
