Ahmad Adams scored two touchdowns including one on a run of over 80 yards after picking up a bad snap as the Bryant White Hornets seventh grade team of Bryant Middle School downed the Cloverdale Lion Cubs seventh grade team 14-0 on Tuesday night.
Derrick Rose added a two-point conversion run on a quarterback keeper.
“The defense did a good job and shut them out,” noted Hornets coach Brad Smotherman.
The team is scheduled to play at a jamboree in Conway on Saturday then travels to Lake Hamilton on Monday, Sept. 22.
