If you’re looking for the Easter bunny, we found him, at the annual Mayor Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by the Bryant Parks and Recreation, which took place at the Alcoa 40 Park. Face painting, space walk and pictures with the Easter bunny brought plenty of smiles to many little faces, not to mention softball fields covered with Easter eggs full of goodies for each child.
Bryant Mayor Larry Mitchell was present to kick off the event and welcomed each family in attendance. Mitchell reminded the crowd of the grand opening date of July 4th for the new Boys and Girls Club located on Boone Road, expressing gratitude for their support of the facility.
Community churches throughout Bryant held Easter Hunts and activities as well.[more]
