BHS grad to fight in first MMA match tonight

LITTLE ROCK — Former Bryant High School all-state wrestler Connor Goshien will be competing in his first MMA fight tonight at the Clear Channel Metroplex in Little Rock as part of Monster Bach 2014.

Goshien, a 2012 graduate of BHS, will be fighting in the 170-pound division against Kade Slaughter. It will be the 12th bout in the 18-bout event, which begins at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30. Tickets are $25 at the door.
