Quinton Motto scored 14 points to lead the Bryant Hornets junior varsity boys to a 40-27 victory over the Cabot Panthers JV at the Bryant Middle School gym on Friday night.
Brantley Cozart and Houston Garner added 8 points each. L.J. McLaughlin had 6 and Kyle Nossaman 4. Garner's total included a pair of 3-pointers.
Bryant pushed out to a 6-3 lead by the end of the first quarter and held a 16-12 edge at the half. It was 26-18 by the end of the third quarter.
