The Bryant 15-year old Babe Ruth All-Stars suffered another heartbreaking 2-1 loss, this time to Pine Bluff Seabrook, in the losers bracket finals of their District Tournament at White Hall on Monday night. Bryant will be the third-place team from the District at the State tournament beginning July 17 at Taylor Field in Pine Bluff.
At Ashley Park, the Bryant 13-year-old Babe Ruth All-Stars advanced to the championship round of their District tournament with a 7-3 win over Clark County. Bryant awaits the survivor of the losers bracket game between Clark County and Hot Spring County tonight. The first game will be at 6 p.m., with the championship contest at 8. An "if" game would be played Wednesday night.
