Henley won the margin mainly in the early voting by getting 46 votes to 18 for Hogue.

In the other alderman run-off, Chandler gained 100 votes to Garland's 85 (54.05 percent to 45.95). Garland had the lead in the early election results 37-35, but on Tuesday, Chandler rebounded with 60 votes to 48.
