LITTLE ROCK — On Friday, Aug. 13, Goodwill Industries of Arkansas will be conducting a hiring event to help the company find qualified people for a new store that is opening in Bryant.
The event will be taking place from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the future site of the new store which is located at 5914 Highway 5 in Bryant (the former Harvest Foods building).[more]
Goodwill will be looking to fill the following positions:
• Retail Store Manager
• Assistant Store Managers
• Retail Sales Associates
• Donation Attendants
The event is open to the public. Those planning to attend, need to bring a resume or additional work history information. They should also be prepared to speak to Goodwill employees about your work history and the positions for which you would like to be considered. Job offers will be made at the event, contingent upon background check and other verifications.
Construction to transform the former space into a retail store with over 18,000 square feet of selling space, the largest in the company, a donation center, and a job center, will finish soon and the store will officially open its doors on September 9 with a grand opening celebration.
