Josh Lowery added a field goal and was good on all three extra points for the Hornets.

The Bryant JV has won all six of its games this fall and will host Benton on Monday, Oct. 18.

Defensively, Walter Dunn picked off a pass for Bryant. Stoney Stevens broke up two passes and Dakota Johnson as well as Dunn had break-ups.

“The defense shut them down and forced turnovers to give us the ball,” reported Hornets assistant coach Jason Hay. “We had several key sacks to put them in third- and fourth-and-long situations when Bauxite was moving the ball on us.”
