LITTLE ROCK — The Legacy of Bryant High School Marching Band will compete at the annual Arkansas Showcase of Bands at War Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 17.
The event features performances by high school marching bands from all over the state. Bryant's band is scheduled to perform at approximately 5:50 p.m.[more]
The Legacy will be performing its complete show of "Then They Came For Me" based on the 1945 poem of that name that commemorates the tragedy of the Holocaust. It features a flute solo by junior Callie Smith.
Drum Major for the Legacy is Alex Ford. It is directed by Chad Green with assistance from John Doty, Stewart Wright and John Ladd.
