WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE TOY AS A KID? Whiffle ball
WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? I don’t know where I’m going yet but I plan on continuing my baseball career. I’m interested in studying wildlife.
FAVORITE THING ABOUT BASEBALL: I like going out there and having a good time and winning games.
POSITION: First base, right field and pitcher
WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH AT THE PLATE? See a fastball early in the count, get an inside pitch I can drive.
WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH ON THE MOUND? Shoot for the knees and get something on the ground.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? I think it’s been a good year. We’ve only lost two games. I don’t think we should’ve lost them but I think, after Florida, we started hitting the ball and defensively we were pretty solid. It’s been a good year.
WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? Definitely Florida and beating Benton.
WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON AND AT STATE? Put a foot on the gas pedal and keep on going. Don’t let down now.
