WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE TOY AS A KID? A baseball

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? Enlist in the Navy to become an officer.

OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? Definitely Coach (Kirk) Bock and my youth pastor at church Casey Winstead. They just help me look at my life and understand.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT BASEBALL: The way we come together as a team, to be able to keep the work up.

POSITION: Outfield

WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH AT THE PLATE? Don’t be timid, make sure to be aggressive and just hit your pitch when it comes.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? I think it’s gone pretty well and I hope it ends the way it needs to.

WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? Beating Benton.

WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE WAY? We’ve just got to stay together as teammates and make sure to practice hard, don’t take any shortcuts and make sure that we’re staying together as a whole team instead of just individuals.

TALK ABOUT YOUR GAME: WHAT DO YOU FEEL MOST CONFIDENT IN YOUR ABILITY TO DO? Make sure I’m keeping up the GameChanger. Just make sure I can provide as much as I can towards the team, helping them to be better.

WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST TO IMPROVE ON IN PRACTICE? Hitting, making sure my approach is aggressive and not let the pitches go past that I need to hit.

AFTER YOU’RE THROUGH PLAYING BASEBALL AT BHS, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL REMEMBER MOST FONDLY ABOUT IT? The memories made with all these friends through high school and just knowing I put in this effort here so it’s going to mean more in life, knowing that it’s helped my work ethic.
