WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT FOOTBALL? I love hitting people.
POSITION: Right guard
WHAT DO YOU FEEL LIKE IS YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY ON THE FIELD? Don’t let the quarterback get hurt, don’t let my guy make the play.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? It started off kind of as a disappointment those first few losses but now we’ve kind of turned it around so I’m pretty pleased with it.
WHEN THE TEAM’S PLAYING WELL, WHAT’S THE KEY TO THAT? I think we’ve got to run the ball. As long as we run the ball strong with all of our running backs and try to pass a little bit, we’re all right.
WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE SEASON SO FAR? Beating Benton in the Salt Bowl was good.
WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? We just need to keep doing what we’re doing. If the defense keeps playing well, we’ll be all right, and we keep running the ball.
INDIVIDUALLY, WHAT ABOUT YOUR GAME ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT ABOUT? My run blocking abilities.
WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST TO IMPROVE? Speed and just knowing where I’m supposed to go; thinking fast on my feet.
AFTER YOU’RE THROUGH PLAYING FOOTBALL AT BHS, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL REMEMBER MOST FONDLY ABOUT IT? Just the relationships I’ve made with these people and the experiences we’ve had.
