PARENTS: Antonio and Michelle Hood

SIBLINGS: I have a brother in ninth grade, Marquise Hood, and a sister in 11th grade, Marlysha.

FAVORITE SUBJECT IN SCHOOL: History.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME? Juggle and play soccer.

FAVORITE FOOD: Pizza.

FAVORITE MUSIC ARTIST OR GROUP: 8Ball & MJG.[more]

FAVORITE MOVIE: Dumb And Dumber

FAVORITE TV SHOW: That 70’s Show

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE TOY AS A KID? GI Joe.

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? I’m going to attend UCA and major in Physical Therapy to be an athletic trainer.

OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? Probably my Youth Pastor, Steven Bell. Whenever I’m feeling down, he picks me back up and helps me to become a better Christian man.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT SOCCER: Just going out and playing. It’s amazing. I just love doing it.

POSITION: I play striker and sometimes wing.

WHAT DO YOU FEEL LIKE IS YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY ON THE FIELD? Basically to get everybody hyped and ready to go out and do what we know we can do to win, and play as a team.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? So far I think it’s going pretty good. I just hope that we can make it as far as we think we can make it in the playoffs. I think we just finally came together as a team and learned how to work together in order to beat the teams that are favored to beat us.

WHAT'S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? Beating Conway (Tuesday night).

WHAT'S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? Just continue to play hard the way we’ve been playing all year and just remember that we can, we can beat anybody if we put our minds to it.

INDIVIDUALLY, WHAT ABOUT YOUR GAME ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT ABOUT? Just to agitate the defense by using my foot skills and speed to get around them.

WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST TO IMPROVE? My dribbliing.

AFTER YOU'RE THROUGH PLAYING SOCCER AT BHS, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'LL REMEMBER MOST FONDLY ABOUT IT? Just being able to play with a good group of guys that I’ve met in soccer.
