WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? I think we’ve come a long way since team camps this summer. We’ve bonded greater than we did this summer.

WHEN THE TEAM’S PLAYING WELL, WHAT’S IT DOING? We’re all communicating, nobody’s yelling at each other. We’re all working together to play hard for each point.

WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? Coming back to beat Van Buren after we lost at their place. That was good. Beating Mount in five sets here was a good accomplishment.

WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? Communication, playing hard, nobody griping at each other and playing smart.

INDIVIDUALLY, WHAT ABOUT YOUR GAME ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT ABOUT? I think I’ve gotten better at moving my feet. My serves have gotten more consistent and I’m trying to be a better teammate.

WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST TO IMPROVE? Reading the ball off the hitter’s hand.

AFTER YOU’RE THROUGH PLAYING VOLLEYBALL AT BHS, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL REMEMBER MOST FONDLY ABOUT IT? How, my senior year, both my coaches were pregnant and out for the season. And how I bonded with the underclassmen even though I was a senior.
