This subdivision is in Bryant's[more] territorial jurisdiction, located at Stonehill Drive and Kitchen Street. The site is approximately 5.3 acres and is currently improved vacant land.

Gillip also represented Pollnow Estates, requesting preliminary and final plat approval. The current zoning is R2 single family located at Miller Road. The property is currently improved land with one existing structure on it. It is approximately 7.62 acres.

And Matt Nalley, representing Hickory Hill subdivision, requested approval of a final plat. The area has a current zoning of R2 (single family).

Randall D. Ives of East Ridge LLC is the applicant for property located on the corner of Springhill Road and Hickory Acres Drive and is approximately 5.41 acres. The property is currently improved land with one existing structure on it and also passed the commission.

The Abundant Life Center Assembly of God at 23790 I-30 requested revised site plan approval to construct a 30' x 40' storage building on the site. Current zoning is C-2 – highway commercial and the property is currently used as a conditional use church facility.

"We are requesting a permit to construct a storage building for the church: tractor, trailer and implements etc. We have torn down a small house structure that had become an ‘eye soar.’ We wish to replace it with the storage building on the previous location," said Pastor Tim Boyett.

The commission passed the request for the storage building.
