The property itself is at Dearborn Circle at Highway 5, just north of Penfield Realty. The property is currently being used as a residence and was passed to be replatted.

Secondly, the Westpointe subdivision phase 1 replat of Lot 1C, Westpointe Subdivision to Lots 1C-R and 2C. The current zoning is C2, highway commercial use, as well.

The property is located at 3304 Commonwealth Drive located north of Penfield Realty and is currently being used as a professional office building.
