WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? Attend Arkansas Tech and become a physical therapist.
OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO HAS HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? Hayes LeMay; he’s just been my softball coach. He’s the one that taught me how to play softball.
FAVORITE THING ABOUT SOFTBALL: The team, just being around the girls.
POSITION: Left field and third base
WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH AT THE PLATE? To make sure that I’m level, make sure my hands are level on the ball, and just swing at strikes and not balls.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? I think we’ve gotten a lot better since last year and we have a lot of potential to make it to State.
WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR? Probably winning a lot of games, a lot more than we used to.
WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE WAY? Practice hitting. Our defense is solid but our offense needs work.
TALK ABOUT YOUR GAME. WHAT ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT IN YOUR ABILITY TO DO? I think on defense I do really well but on offense I need to start practicing a lot more.
