WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE TOY WHEN YOU WERE A KID? Little People

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL?  Attending Calvin College to double major in elementary education and mathematics.

OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO’S HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? HOW? My Bible study leader, Stephanie; she has taught me to be positive and be confident.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT SWIMMING? It’s a team sport with individual focus.

WHAT IS/ARE YOUR EVENT(S): 200 freestyle, 500 freestyle, and relays.

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO YOUR EVENTS? Just like Dory says, “Just keep swimming.”

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? I think the season has gone great so far. We’ve worked really hard and accomplished a lot.

WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR (team)? Beating Conway for the first time in school history.

WHAT BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT TO THE SEASON SO FAR (personally)? Having new teammates to swim with and cheer for.

WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE REST OF THE SEASON? Continue the hard work and support and encourage each other.

TALK ABOUT YOUR SWIMMING NOW; WHAT ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT IN YOUR ABILITY TO DO? Apply corrections to my swimming and keep pushing myself to get better.
