WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE TOY AS A KID? I liked to play with Barbies.
WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? I’m attending the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and I’m undecided on what I want to do.
OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, WHO’S HAD THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE? HOW? My grandma because she taught just to not care what other people think and just live life how I want to.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TRACK? I just love the people and getting close to everybody, just spending a lot of time with these people every day.
EVENTS? I am a pole vaulter.
WHAT APPROACH DO YOU TAKE TO YOUR EVENT? Just not be scared. You just have to do it.
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE SEASON SO FAR? We’ve done really good this year. I’m proud of all our accomplishments.
WHAT’S BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE SEASON SO FAR? Winning the home meet.
WHAT’S IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT CONFERENCE AND STATE? Just run the best we can, run our hearts out.
TALK ABOUT YOUR EVENTS NOW; WHAT DO YOU THINK IS YOUR BIGGEST ASSET? WHAT ARE YOU MOST CONFIDENT IN YOUR ABILITY TO DO? We practice as much as we can and like I said before, I can’t be scared. I just have to go all in for it. And practice a lot.
WHAT DO YOU WORK HARDEST IN PRACTICE TO IMPROVE ON? I’m just trying to get higher.
WHEN YOU’RE THROUGH RUNNING TRACK AT BRYANT HIGH SCHOOL, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL LOOK BACK AND REMEMBER MOST FONDLY ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE? All the meets, just spending time with everybody, because the meets are so long and you get to socialize and just have fun.
